Welcome to Mushtariyat (mushtariyat.com, the “Website”), the online beauty store operated by Maryana LLC, a member of Maryana Group of Companies, Sultanate of Oman (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and all orders placed through it.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Products, Pricing and Availability

We offer 100% authentic cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrances and beauty accessories from international brands. Product images are illustrative; slight differences in packaging or shade display may occur due to photography and screen settings.

All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price charged is always the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.

Availability is subject to stock. If an ordered item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for that item in full.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once we confirm it by email or SMS/WhatsApp, or once it is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery constraints.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you to verify the order before dispatch. Unverifiable orders may be cancelled.

3. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online card payments (Visa and Mastercard) processed through our licensed payment gateway. Card details are processed securely by the gateway and are never stored on our servers.

For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready where possible. Our courier may request proof of identity on delivery for high-value orders.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to all governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. A flat shipping rate applies per order, and shipping is free for orders over 10 OMR. Current rates are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days depending on your governorate. Delays caused by public holidays, weather, or courier disruptions are outside our control but we will keep you informed.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect your parcel on receipt and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.

5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Because cosmetics are hygiene-sensitive, items that have been opened, used, or unsealed cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, expired, or not as described. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned provided you contact us first to arrange the return.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, expired, or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and clear photos. Verified cases are resolved by replacement or full refund to the original payment method (or as store credit, at your choice for COD orders).

Approved refunds for online card payments are issued to the original card and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Shipping fees are refundable only where the return is due to our error.

You may cancel an unpaid COD order at any time before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, standard return terms apply.

6. Promotions, Coupons and Loyalty

Discount codes, seasonal offers, and loyalty rewards are subject to their stated conditions, validity periods, and minimum order values. Unless stated otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order, and offers cannot be combined or applied retroactively to completed orders.

7. Accounts

You may shop as a guest or create an account. Account details must be accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including the Mushtariyat name, logo, text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Maryana Group of Companies and is protected by intellectual property laws. Brand names shown belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Oman, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to consumers under Omani Consumer Protection Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed amicably through our customer service in good faith.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
